Our Ginnasium tasting experience is a fun and interactive way to learn more about our favourite tipple.
Led by our Gin Ambassador, who will demonstrate the processes involved in gin distillation and encourage you to indulge your senses as you get to know the botanicals and junipers that make gin so distinctive, each tasting experience is customised just for you.

If you would like to discover more about the 100 plus fabulous gins behind the bar at One Square but don’t quite know where to begin, then our gin tasting packages are just the tonic.
With a chance to sample some of our current favourite serves – from English classics to the new school of boutique Scottish producers – this is the ideal way to get better acquainted with this most intriguing of spirits. Best of all though, you’ll get your very own miniature bottle of One Square Gin, complete with wax seal, to take home.
Experience includes four gins for each guest, matched with the recommended tonic and a miniature One Square Gin to take home. Reservations are required in advance.
